Construction software pricing for teams in Pakistan
Every plan includes the full Smart Construction platform: projects, PKR bills, finances, procurement, labour, payroll, and site modules. Choose Starter, Growth, or Enterprise based on active projects and users. Taxes not included.
Published in rupees, with every module on every tier
Construction software pricing is usually deliberately opaque. Modules are listed without prices, tiers are described without limits, and the only way to find out what anything costs is to go through a qualification call. That model exists to control the negotiation, and in a market where most buyers are owner-operators making the decision themselves, it mostly just wastes everyone’s week.
Smart Construction publishes both numbers: the one-time setup fee and the monthly subscription, in PKR, for every tier. What you see below is what you pay, with government taxes added where applicable and nothing else appearing later.
The more important thing to understand about these plans is what does not change between them. Starter, Growth, and Enterprise all include the same software: every module, every report, WhatsApp automation, the AI Copilot, all of it. What the tier sets is capacity: how many projects you can run at once, how many people can sign in, and the volume terms on WhatsApp messaging and AI calling. A contractor on Starter is not running a cut-down product; they are running the same platform as an Enterprise merchant at a smaller scale.
That is a deliberate rejection of the module-upsell model, where the capabilities a growing company actually needs sit behind the next purchase order. Growth should cost you capacity, not features.

Choosing a tier
How to size the plan you actually need
Four practical rules that get most contractors to the right tier without a sales conversation.
Choose on active projects first
The limit that binds most merchants is active projects, not users. Count the jobs you are executing and tracking right now, not the ones you have completed or hope to win, then pick the tier that covers that number with a little headroom.
Completed projects do not count
Leave room for one or two wins
Then check user count
Count everyone who needs to sign in, including site supervisors and storekeepers. Field users are the ones most often forgotten at sizing, and they are usually the ones whose data everything else depends on.
Include supervisors and storekeepers
Include finance and HR, not just PMO
Upgrade when you outgrow the limits
Moving between tiers is a plan change, not a re-implementation. New projects open from the configuration you have already proven, and billing is aligned to the new limits from the change date.
No re-implementation
Configuration carries forward
Multi-company structures
Groups running more than one legal entity need each company configured separately for clean statutory reporting, with leadership access spanning both for consolidated views. Talk to us about the right structure before you subscribe.
Separate ledgers and branding per entity
Consolidated leadership reporting
How this differs
Against typical construction software pricing
Typical vendor pricingSmart Construction
Typical vendor pricing: Quote-only pricing that needs three calls to establish
Smart Construction: Setup and monthly fees published in PKR on this page
Typical vendor pricing: Core modules sold separately as add-ons
Smart Construction: Every module included on every tier
Typical vendor pricing: Foreign-currency contracts exposed to exchange movement
Smart Construction: PKR pricing for a PKR business
Typical vendor pricing: Implementation billed as a separate consulting engagement
Smart Construction: Onboarding and training covered by the one-time setup fee
Typical vendor pricing: Per-seat pricing that penalises putting supervisors on the system
Smart Construction: Plan tiers sized on projects and users, so the field can be included
Typical vendor pricing: Upgrades that mean a fresh rollout
Smart Construction: Tier changes that carry your configuration forward
Good to know
Good to know
Setup covers company configuration, user accounts, role setup, document branding, and initial training for merchants in Pakistan.
Monthly subscription includes hosting, encrypted backups, product updates, and standard support via email.
To add more active projects or users than your plan allows, upgrade to the next tier. Your configuration and data carry forward.
Completed and archived projects do not count towards your active project limit.
WhatsApp messaging and the WhatsApp AI chat assistant are included on every plan under fair usage, with the monthly allowance shown on each plan card. WhatsApp AI calling is included on Growth and Enterprise; on Starter it is switched on for your account on request and sold as credit packs.
Government taxes (if applicable) are not included in the prices above.
A one-time charge covering merchant account configuration, initial user accounts, role setup, document branding, and standard onboarding training.
Subscription
The recurring fee for the platform, billed in advance in PKR on the cycle you choose. Monthly bills each month at the list rate. Quarterly bills three months together at 10% off. Annual bills twelve months together at 20% off. It includes hosting, backups, product updates, and standard email support.
Active project
A project currently being executed and tracked on the platform. Completed and archived projects do not count towards your plan limit.
User
Anyone with a sign-in, including site supervisors, storekeepers, and office staff. Access is scoped by role, so adding a user does not mean opening the whole system.
Plan tier
Starter, Growth, or Enterprise. All three carry identical software. The tier determines capacity: active project and user limits, and the volume terms on WhatsApp messaging and AI calling.
Taxes
Government taxes, where applicable, are additional to the published prices and appear on your invoice.
Nationwide
Serving contractors across Pakistan
The same published PKR pricing applies nationwide. There is no regional pricing and no travel loading on onboarding, because training is delivered remotely on the devices your team already uses.
Yes. All published setup and monthly subscription fees are in PKR unless a custom written agreement states otherwise.
Is tax included in the listed prices?
Government taxes (if applicable) are not included in the prices on this page. Your invoice will reflect any required taxes.
What does the one-time setup fee cover?
Setup includes merchant account configuration, initial user accounts, role setup, and standard onboarding training.
What is your refund policy?
Setup and monthly fees follow our published Refund Policy, including partial setup refunds within three months and monthly refunds when you cancel within the first seven days of a billing cycle.
Which construction software modules are included on every plan?
Every plan includes projects, PKR billing, finances, purchase orders, labour attendance, payroll, site diary, materials, safety, reports, and WhatsApp alerts. What changes by tier is capacity: active projects, users, and the volume terms on WhatsApp messaging and AI calling.
Is Smart Construction suitable for small contractors in Pakistan?
Yes. Starter covers up to four active projects for a small team, while Growth and Enterprise support larger multi-site portfolios. All tiers use the same full platform, so a Starter merchant is not running a cut-down product.
How do I know which plan tier we need?
Count the projects you are executing and tracking right now, not the ones you have completed, then count everyone who needs a sign-in, including site supervisors and storekeepers. Pick the tier that covers both with a little headroom for the next win.
What happens if we exceed our plan limits?
Move up a tier. Your configuration, projects, and data carry forward, so an upgrade is a billing change rather than another implementation. Contact us and we will align billing to the new limits from the change date.
Is the monthly fee per user or per company?
Per company. The monthly subscription covers your merchant account within the plan’s active project and user limits, so putting site supervisors on the system does not add a per-seat charge.
Are there any charges beyond setup and the monthly fee?
Hosting, backups, product updates, and standard email support are all included in the monthly subscription. Government taxes are additional where applicable. There are no module add-ons, because every module is already included.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts for longer commitments?
Yes. Every plan is sold on three billing cycles: monthly, quarterly at 10% off, and annual at 20% off. On Starter that is PKR 10,000 a month, PKR 27,000 a quarter, or PKR 96,000 a year, which works out at PKR 8,000 a month on annual billing. Quarterly and annual are billed in full at the start of each cycle. For multi-company group structures, contact sales and we will confirm terms in writing before you subscribe.
