The firm
Black Diamond Builders is a residential construction firm working across Islamabad and the Taxila corridor. The work is houses: seven marla to twenty marla, grey structure through to finishing, along with farm houses and the boundary walls, guard rooms and soil filling that come with them.
Every project the firm runs is managed on Smart Construction, which is why this page can be specific. Sites, labour attendance, material purchases, vendor accounts and billing all sit in one system, and the owner of a house under construction is given a private link to the progress on their own project.
What we build
Farm houses
Larger plots up to twenty marla, built as farm houses rather than street housing, with the site work that a standalone plot needs.
Finishing works
Finishing taken on as its own contract, for owners who have a structure standing and need it completed properly.
External and boundary works
Boundary walls, guard rooms and soil filling, either alongside a house contract or on their own.

How we run a site
Every site, every bill and every day of labour on one system.
We run our projects on Smart Construction, the construction management platform built for Pakistani contractors. Site diaries, labour attendance, material purchases, vendor accounts and PKR billing all live in one place, so a question about what a house has cost so far has an answer the same day.
It is also why the owner of a house we are building can be handed a private link to their own project and watch it progress, instead of waiting for a phone call.
